Who we are

Technical teams, coordinated by one partner

MARINO brings together qualified teams for fabrication, installation, repair and project completion work. Depending on the scope, we can provide individual specialists, complete trade teams, foremen and project coordination.

Our role is to help clients secure the right technical capacity, prepare teams for mobilisation and keep communication clear throughout the project.

Our story

Started in Klaipėda, built by our people

MARINO began in Klaipėda in 2015 with ship interior outfitting. Over the years other specialised companies joined us, and one trade grew into eight service lines, from shipbuilding to oil and gas.

Most of our specialists work on sites far from home. Every week our colleagues in Klaipėda arrange documents, travel and accommodation, so that a welder, fitter or electrician can concentrate on the work. Assignments typically run 4 to 10 weeks, followed by two weeks at home.

The office team has grown alongside the projects. It prepares mobilisations, checks documents and stays in touch with foremen and clients from the first call to the last day on site.

Our aim is to give clients technical teams they can rely on, and specialists work that is well organised from start to finish.

We brought our companies together under MARINO. Clients needed several trades on the same project, and it made sense to offer them through one group instead of several separate companies.

MARINO now unites Marino Group, Marino Projects, Elektrogreen and our other specialised companies, and we are one of the leading groups of our kind in the Baltic states.

Quality and readiness

Project readiness checked before mobilisation

Personnel qualifications, documentation and project-specific requirements are reviewed before a crew leaves for site.

Tested

Pipefitters, welders, assemblers, electricians, drywall installers, insulation specialists, tilers and rebar workers take practical tests in our own testing and certification centre in Klaipėda before they go to site.

Equipped

Our Klaipėda warehouse supplies work clothing, PPE and tools, so crews arrive equipped and consistent.

Documented

Personnel documents, A1 and permits, travel and accommodation are handled in-house.

MARINO is a Klaipėda-based group of technical companies that provides managed teams. Our first company was founded in 2015, and our companies now work together under the MARINO brand. We supply qualified specialists, foremen and supervision to shipyards, industrial contractors and EPC partners across Europe.

A CV shows where someone has worked; a practical test shows what they can actually do, which is why we check it ourselves before a crew leaves for site.
